Job summary

Asda Stores Ltd is hiring an Operations Manager in Nuneaton to lead store operations and coach managers to deliver excellence across Ambient and Fresh departments plus George and GM in a large-format format.

You will embed routines to improve availability, reduce waste and shrink while maintaining strong contract base management and wage control. You will empower teams, celebrate initiative and drive customer-focused performance.

• Lead and coach store managers to deliver high standards across Ambient, Fresh, George and General Merchandising.
• Embed routines to improve availability, waste and shrink while managing wage costs.
• Review store processes to deliver KRAs and KPIs for availability and shrink with clear actions.
• Drive a culture of service with heart, ownership, and open communication on the shop floor.
