Job summary

Asda is seeking an Operations Manager in Gillingham Pier to deliver outstanding store execution. You will lead diverse teams, embed routines for availability, waste and shrink, and coach managers to achieve strong store standards across Ambient and Fresh departments.

You will drive the selling agenda with heart, communicate clearly, and foster a culture of customer service and accountability on the shop floor. Competitive salary plus benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large teams in a busy, multisite retail environment.
• Strong focus on availability, waste reduction and shrink management.
• Proven ability to coach managers and drive store standards.
• Comfort with fast-paced changes and delivering results.

Responsibilities

• Review store processes to drive metrics for availability, waste and shrink.
• Lead, coach and develop managers and teams to uphold standards in Ambient, Fresh, George and General Merchandising.
