Responsibilities

• Engage customers with personalized conversations to make them feel welcome and valued.
• Support selling culture by connecting with customers and suggesting products across the floor.
• Provide seamless Omni-Channel service, helping customers with sizes, colours, and in-store/out-of-store orders.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards, and contribute to stock flow and omnichannel fulfillment.
