Are you interested in a new challenge as well as a new start in beautiful Cornwall? We are looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic and motivated person to join our team of Band 6 Senior Staff Nurses, who can provide high quality clinical support to our Neonatal Nursing team. You will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, be able to demonstrate leadership and managerial skills as well as possessing clinical expertise in the speciality. If you are excited by the challenges of working within a Neonatal Unit, have a passion for high standards of neonatal care, an innovative and progressive attitude with a desire to facilitate staff development this could be the role for you. We are committed to developing your leadership and managerial skills. We have recently improved the environment for families and staff which will help us in our work towards achieving gold standard for UNICEF Baby Friendly Initiative and the BLISS Baby Charter.
