Your Role and Responsibilities as a Senior Care Assistant:
  • Training and mentoring new Care Professionals and providing ongoing support
  • Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Help with meal preparation and medication reminders
  • Assist with light housekeeping and errands
  • Support clients with mobility and physical activities
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in clients' conditions to the appropriate team members
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families
  • Provide support to Care Professionals through introductions and shadow visits
Qualifications
What We Look For in You, Our Senior Care Assistant:
  • Adaptability and a personable nature.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
  • Prepared to respond to emergencies and report concerns to the Registered Care Manager
  • Genuine willingness to prioritise the well-being of others.
  • Valid UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle for work.
  • Legal right to work in the UK.
