A leading hospice provider in the UK is seeking Registered Nurses for their Hospice at Home team. The role involves delivering compassionate palliative care in patients' homes, collaborating with community teams, and requires strong communication skills and a commitment to holistic patient care. Phyllis Tuckwell provides palliative and end of life care for people living with an advanced or terminal illness. Based in Farnham, Camberley and Guildford, we serve a population of 550,000 across West Surrey and North East Hampshire.
Registered Nurse – Hospice at Home
Salary: £32,602 - £36,709per annum WTE based on 37.5 hours week, plus enhancements

Phyllis Tuckwell is recruiting Registered Nurses to join our expanding Hospice at Home team. We provide a responsive service for patients in their homes and work closely with community nursing teams to offer dignified, compassionate, and co-ordinated care for patients and their families.
We are looking for proactive Registered Nurses who are committed to learning and developing skills in palliative and end of life care, and medicine management. The successful candidates will work in an integrated way within a team and with partners. The successful applicant will be passionate about working effectively for the benefit of patients, carers, and families.
