Job summary

BDO invites applications for a role within our Shared Service Centre focusing on Third Party Risk Management, governance, and risk. You’ll support supplier due diligence, coordinate information requests, and ensure evidence and documentation are maintained with audit-ready quality.

The role offers exposure to Information Security, Governance and Risk, with opportunities to develop in stakeholder management and process improvement while working within a collaborative, supportive environment

Qualifications

• Experience in a large, complex organisation.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing workflows and operational processes.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Knowledge of Information Security, Governance, Risk or Compliance advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support Third Party Risk Management operations, including supplier due diligence administration, assessment coordination and workflow tracking activities.
• Provide operational support to ensure stakeholder needs and agreed service levels are achieved.
• Manage workflow queues, shared mailboxes and ticketing activities.
• Coordinate requests for information, evidence and documentation between suppliers, stakeholders and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records and audit-ready documentation.
• Produce reporting, metrics and management information.
• Support continuous improvement of TPRM processes.
• Develop subject matter expertise in TPRM processes, tools and procedures.
• Perform control testing activities and document results accurately.
• Identify and elevate exceptions, missing information and control weaknesses.
• Track outstanding actions and follow up with stakeholders.
