Job summary

BDO UK is seeking a proactive professional to join our Shared Service Centre in the UK to support Third Party Risk Management operations. You will coordinate supplier due diligence, manage information requests, and maintain audit-ready records, collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure service levels are met.

The role offers exposure to Information Security, Governance, Risk, and Compliance within a large professional services network, with opportunities to develop process

Qualifications

• Experience in a large, complex organisation.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing workflows and operational processes.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Knowledge of Information Security, Governance, Risk or Compliance advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support Third Party Risk Management operations, including supplier due diligence administration, assessment coordination and workflow tracking activities.
• Provide operational support to ensure stakeholder needs and agreed service levels are achieved.
• Manage workflow queues, shared mailboxes and ticketing activities.
• Coordinate requests for information, evidence and documentation between suppliers, stakeholders and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records and audit-ready documentation.
• Produce reporting, metrics and management information.
• Support continuous improvement of TPRM processes.
• Develop subject matter expertise in TPRM processes, tools and procedures.
• Perform control testing activities and document results accurately.
• Identify and elevate exceptions, missing information and control weaknesses.
• Track outstanding actions and follow up with stakeholders.
