Job summary

BDO LLP in Liverpool is seeking an SSC Senior Assistant in Quality & Risk Support to strengthen Third Party Risk Management, governance and risk activities. You’ll help with supplier due diligence, evidence requests, and documentation, while coordinating with stakeholders and internal teams.

You’ll build subject matter expertise in TPRM processes, perform control testing, maintain audit-ready records, and contribute to continuous improvement within a large, complex organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in a large, complex organisation.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing workflows and operational processes.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Knowledge of Information Security, Governance, Risk or Compliance advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support Third Party Risk Management operations, including supplier due diligence and workflow tracking.
• Provide operational support to meet stakeholder needs and service levels.
• Manage workflow queues, shared mailboxes and ticketing activities.
• Coordinate information requests and documentation between suppliers, stakeholders and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records and audit-ready documentation.
• Produce reporting and management information.
• Support continuous improvement of TPRM processes.
• Develop subject matter expertise in TPRM tools and procedures.
• Identify and escalate exceptions and weaknesses.
