Responsibilities

• Support delivery of clinical supplies with Trial Supply Managers on packaging and labeling.
• Track deliverables against production schedules and flag issues.
• Create internal packaging, labeling, and label print orders in SAP.
• Collaborate with CSO, Analytical, and Quality teams for testing and release.
• Support supplier coordination and adherence to agreements.
• Prepare project specifications and purchasing docs.
• Review production order schedules for MPP compliance.
• Review vendor- and in-house production orders and docs.
• Compile batch records for release of finished clinical supplies.
• Contribute to process improvements and training.
