Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support the delivery of clinical supplies. You will liaise with Trial Supply Managers on packaging, labeling, and SAP-related tasks, while coordinating multiple projects and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Working with CSO, Analytical, and Quality teams, you will help prepare purchasing documents and support the Master Production Plan, contributing to timely testing and release of clinical materials.

Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical clinical supply packaging and labelling within regulated environments.
• Ability to coordinate multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong organisational attention to detail and quality.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of clinical supplies by coordinating with Trial Supply Managers on packaging, labeling, production scheduling, SAP demand entry and material creation.
• Track multiple projects and deliverables against production schedules and flag issues.
• Assist in generating packaging orders, BOMs and process orders within SAP in line with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with CSO, Analytical, and Quality teams to support on-time testing and release of projects.
• Coordinate supplier activities and track compliance with Master Service, Technical, and Quality Agreements.
• Prepare project specifications and purchasing documentation, including purchase orders and memos.
• Review production order schedules and contribute data for Master Production Plan compliance.
• Review vendor- and in-house production orders and related documentation.
• Compile supporting documentation and batch records for release of finished clinical supplies with QA.
