Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Planning & Production Solution Senior Associate in the UK to support packaging, labeling, and distribution of clinical supplies. You will provide system and label support across CSO enterprise systems and collaborate with key partners to ensure inspection readiness and continuous improvement.

The role requires a quality and customer-focused mindset, with strong communication and project management skills, and experience with AI-enabled tools to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or MBA/MA/MS with relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Demonstrates project management and prioritization skills in Clinical Supply Packaging/Labeling/Distribution with external vendors.
• Understanding of clinical study designs and GMP documentation.
• Articulate in verbal and written communication.
• Strong presenter with customer-focused communication and listening skills.
• Experience with AI tools and/or systems.
• Ability to learn quickly and foster CSO innovation.

Responsibilities

• Execute P/L/D transactional tasks in CSO systems to deliver clinical supplies on time.
• Apply systems expertise across CSO enterprise systems (EMD365, CSDS/Aeris, Clementine, Prisym360).
• Ensure timely completion of system-related tasks for assigned P/L/D jobs.
• Support CSO compliance and inspection readiness as needed.
• Support moderately complex P/L/D projects and ensure project deliverables.
• Support global standards and technologies for identity of clinical trial supplies in CSO systems.
• Make decisions to resolve moderately complex system problems with short-term impact.
• Plan, execute and assess risks in P/L/D workload using project management skills.
• Contribute to Pfizer AI initiatives and leverage tools to improve efficiency.
