Ardencote Manor in Stratford-upon-Avon is seeking an experienced Senior Therapist to lead hands-on spa treatments and support the therapy team in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The role involves supervising therapists, training new staff, promoting products and upgrades, and maintaining high hygiene and presentation standards in a luxury spa setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering professional spa treatments.
• Passion for spa, wellness and guest care.
• Ability to recommend products and treatments confidently.
• Excellent communication and people skills.

We’re looking for a Senior Therapist to join our team at Ardencote. This is a hands‑on role combining exceptional treatment delivery with the opportunity to support, guide and inspire our wider therapyteam

What You'll Be Doing

As a Senior Therapist, you’ll be a role model on the spa floor, delivering outstanding treatments while helping the Therapy & Retail Management team keep each day running smoothly

• Delivering exceptional treatments and personalised guest experiences
• Supporting and guiding therapists during busy shifts
• Helping to train, onboard and develop new and junior team members
• Maintaining our high standards of treatment, presentation and guest care
• Confidently recommending products, treatments and upgrades
• Encouraging guest rebooking and building strong guest relationships
• Supporting the smooth flow of appointments, rooms and treatments
• Helping maintain immaculate treatment rooms and spa areas
• Supporting retail initiatives, promotions and spa events
• Acting as a key point of contact on shift when required

What We’re Looking For

You’ll be an experienced and confident therapist who takes pride in delivering excellent service and naturally supports those around you

• Must have excellent professional treatment skills
• Must have a genuine passion for spa, wellness and guest care
• Must have the confidence in recommending products and treatments
• Must have excellent communication and people skills
• Must have a positive, professional and supportive approach
• Must have high standards of hygiene, presentation and attention to detail
• Must have the ability to stay calm and organised in a busy spa environment
• Must be flexible to work shifts and weekends

Further Information:

• Full-time: Working 40 hours per week
• Working 5 out of 7 days a week
• Shift Pattern: As required
• Full flexibility is key as you will be expected to work as and when necessary to meet the needs of the team and the business
