Peach Pubs is looking for a talented Sous Chef to join our kitchen leadership. You will work closely with the Head Chef, guiding daily services, maintaining high standards and ensuring every dish leaves the pass looking and tasting exceptional.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fresh-food kitchen.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a kitchen team.
• Calm, organised and hands-on under busy service.
• Strong focus on delivering consistent, high-quality dishes.
• Pride in food safety, hygiene and stock control.

Responsibilities

• Support Head Chef and lead the kitchen day-to-day.
• Ensure smooth, well-organised services with high standards.
• Prepare, cook and present dishes to Peach standards.
• Coach and develop Chef de Parties and junior kitchen staff.
• Manage prep, stock, wastage and kitchen organisation.
• Contribute ideas for specials using fresh ingredients.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene and kitchen safety standards.
• Collaborate with front-of-house to deliver consistent dishes.
