Job summary

Brunning & Price Limited in Macclesfield is seeking a Senior Sous Chef to help run Sutton Hall's kitchen and shape the menu with the Head Chef. You’ll lead the team, manage service, and drive food culture in a busy pub/hotel setting.

We offer a basic salary up to £36,000 per year plus a £2,000 OTE bonus, paid overtime, great tips, and extensive wellbeing and perks. Join a supportive employer with career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous catering/hospitality experience at senior levels is essential.
• Experience running kitchen and leading a team alongside Head Chef.
• Positive attitude and passion for food culture.

About you...

Previous experience in catering and hospitality in a restaurant, gastro pub or hotel at seniorsous, sous or kitchen manager level is essential, as well as a positive attitude. Working alongside the Head Chef you’ll be responsible for running the kitchen, driving the food culture and keeping your team and our customers engaged with exciting new dishes.
