We’re hiring a Senior Sous Chef in Central London for a newly refurbed Gastro Pub! All fresh, elevated pub food with a big focus on seasonal ingredients and switching things up. Loads of support and a clear path to the Head Chef role within this Gastro Pub. Amazing step-up role for the right person!

Senior Sous Chef requirements:

1. Proven track record as a Sous Chef within a fresh-food environment and Gastro Pub.
2. Good longevity within previous roles.
3. Excellent communication abilities, calm and able to manage high-volume service.

Senior Sous benefits:
