You will work alongside Adam Byatt, our Chef Director, and a talented team of chefs who are passionate about using fresh seasonal produce and developing their skills.
Supporting the Head Chef, you will play a key role in maintaining the flawless operation of our kitchen. You will excel in a fast-paced environment, ensuring your team delivers exceptional dishes of the highest quality that meet our guests' expectations.
With extensive knowledge of fine food and wine, and experience in a similar high-end hospitality role, you will be passionate about provenance and your craft. You will be adept at managing and motivating your team, nurturing their personal and professional growth. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the Head Chef and Executive Chef to meet targets and maximize profitability.
