We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Sous Chef to join the team at Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill - Mayfair.

Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill is an all-day dining restaurant located in the heart of Mayfair, Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill is a destination for some of London's best steaks. From rare breed cuts to juicy burgers and irresistible desserts, the menu is a celebration of bold, seasonal dishes that delivers on flavour.

As Senior Sous Chef you will:

• Assist the Head Chef & Executive Chef manage the day-to-day operation of the kitchen whilst supervising and developing the brigade.
• You will ensure the highest standards of food preparation, quality and delivery, as well as effective communication across all sections of the kitchen.
• Monitor and control ordering and stock
• Full Compliance with all Food Safety and Health & Safety standards as well as Gordon Ramsay Restaurants standards
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef & Head Chef with Menu planning and development brining your culinary expertise and knowledge to a high performing kitchen brigade

The successful candidate will:

• Be passionate about delivering high quality, seasonal food
• The motivation and leadership skill to represent the Gordon Ramsay Brand and its world class hospitality standards
• Previous experience as a Senior Sous Chef within a premium high-volume quality restaurant, preferably within fine dining
• Comprehensive culinary knowledge previous experience of working in a Grill concept is desirable
• A solid understanding of classic cooking methods and seasonality, as well as an ability to innovate and create when needed
• A keen eye for detail to ensure delivery of the standards and the highest levels of food quality at all times
• A strong personality, with confidence and enthusiasm to lead the team alongside the Executive Chef in the day to day running of the kitchen
• Have previous experience working in a similar role within a premium restaurant environment
• Be able to effectively lead, manage, motivate and develop a team while enhancing their skill level
