Senior Sous Chef – The Methuen Arms, Corsham

We’re on the lookout for an ambitious and passionate Senior Sous Chef to join our team at The Methuen Arms – a stunning former nunnery in the historic market town of Corsham, complete with boutique bedrooms, a lively bar, and a reputation for award‑winning dining.

Known for its fresh, seasonal menus, locally sourced ingredients, and warm West Country hospitality, The Methuen Arms is a destination for both relaxed countryside stays and exceptional dining experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire the kitchen team.
  • Deliver consistently high standards of food and service.
  • Take the reins during service when required.
  • Support menu development with creativity and innovation.
  • Act as a mentor to junior chefs, helping them grow and succeed.
