Job summary

Pharmaron in Hoddesdon is seeking a Senior Associate to join the Sales Order Management (SOM) team. You will be the first escalation point for complex SOM queries and ensure accurate contract administration, invoicing and revenue processes.

Working closely with the Principal Associate, you will manage end-to-end contract workflows, support budgeting and revenue recognition, and provide guidance to SOM Associates in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales order management, contract administration or similar role.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience setting up contracts in an ERP system.
• Strong numeracy and Excel proficiency.
• GCSE English and Maths; A level or above preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain sales order and revenue records in ERP from setup to completion.
• Resolve and approve complex SOM queries escalated by the team.
• Review revenue recognition reporting and resolve queries.
• Translate contracts into sales orders and projects in the ERP system.
• Trigger invoicing and revenue milestones accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with Business Unit Directors and Project Managers on invoicing milestones.
• Support budgeting process with Finance for monthly revenue.
• Review contracts for completeness, accuracy and compliance.
• Provide project reporting and analysis to Project Managers.
• Develop Excel tracking tools for multi-site projects.
