Fitch Learning in London is seeking a Senior Associate, Solution Modeller to join the Learning Solutions team. You will model complex, customised learning programmes and translate high-level concepts into practical plans, coordinating with cross-functional teams.

You will work with Sales, Product, Operations, Technology, Finance, and Client Success to ensure feasibility, cost visibility, and alignment with Fitch Learning’s product set, while delivering clear briefs and artefacts that drive

Qualifikationen

• Experience in building or supporting customised learning solutions in design, product, delivery, or operations.
• Strong modelling skills and comfort using AI tools to develop briefs and documentation.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving with commercial awareness.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
