Job summary

Fitch Learning in London is seeking a Client Relationship Director to lead strategic accounts across Europe, shaping learning solutions and closing major contracts for financial services professionals. The role requires a proven track record in selling to complex clients, with ability to travel across Europe and manage multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

You will collaborate with the client relationship management team to develop account plans, identify opportunities, and deliver tailored learning

Qualifications

Experience selling learning, training and development solutions.
Experience managing complex client relationships in financial services or professional education.
Ability to translate client strategies into actionable account plans.

Responsibilities

Drive strategic account planning and relationship development with the client management team.
Identify market trends and client priorities across the financial services sector.
Qualify opportunities, shape solutions, prepare proposals, negotiate and close deals.
Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts in Salesforce with quality data.
Ensure smooth handover of won projects to delivery teams with commercial oversight.
Develop new logos across Europe and manage periodic travel.
