Qualifications

• Experience leading complex client programmes from initiation to close-out.
• Strong governance, risk-management and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate client requirements into delivery plans.
• Experience in fast-paced, service-led environments with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of a portfolio of tailored learning programmes from discovery through mobilisation, delivery, evaluation and close-out.
• Serve as the primary delivery contact for clients, with clear oversight of progress, risks and actions.
• Develop and maintain delivery plans covering content, faculty, learners, platforms, logistics and reporting.
• Apply delivery workflows, quality standards and governance controls to ensure right-first-time delivery.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure delivery readiness against milestones.
• Lead programme reviews and debriefs using data and feedback to identify improvements.
