Symplicity is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer & Team Lead to support a rapidly scaling pre-sales organization focused on higher education and student services. The role combines hands-on SE work with leadership responsibilities, spanning multiple regions and stakeholders.

The candidate will drive discovery, tailor solutions, and lead demonstrations while coaching a global SE team to elevate standards and outcomes across markets.

Qualifications

• Direct experience in pre-sales for SaaS in higher education context.
• Proven ability to lead and coach teams across regions.
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience translating client needs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as dedicated Solution Engineer supporting pipeline in the EMEA region.
• Lead discovery, demos, and RFP strategy.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to drive growth and competitive positioning.
• Coach and enable global Solutions Engineers across markets.
• Support cross-functional collaboration with Product, Enablement and Customer Success.
