Job summary

Circle is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer II to lead technical strategy and solution architecture for Payments and Enterprises opportunities in the EMEA region. You will partner with Business Development, Product, Engineering, and Client Success to design scalable, enterprise-grade solutions that demonstrate value.

You will also provide market and technical feedback to inform product roadmap and ensure seamless integrations for large customers, regulators, and partners across the region.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in roles such as Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect or Product Manager, preferably in Payments, FinTech, B2B SaaS or Web3/Blockchain infrastructure.
• Excellent ability to translate complexity into simple, actionable solutions.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills for internal and external audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical strategy and solution architecture for Payments and Enterprises opportunities with Business Development.
• Conduct technical discovery to identify client requirements, regulatory considerations, and integration constraints.
• Design scalable architectures, including APIs, transaction flows, custody models, and settlement processes.
• Develop proofs of concepts, implementation plans, and validation frameworks to support enterprise decisions.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to identify gaps and improve integration experiences.
