Job summary

Circle is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer II to support Payments and Enterprises opportunities in EMEA. You will lead technical solutioning across the customer lifecycle, partnering with Business Development, Product, Engineering, and Client Success teams to design scalable, enterprise‑grade solutions that demonstrate Circle’s value.

You will also provide market and technical feedback to inform product strategy and roadmap prioritisation.

Qualifications

7+ years in Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect or Product Manager roles.
Experience with Payments, FinTech, B2B SaaS or Web3 and blockchain infrastructure.
Ability to translate complexity into simple, scalable technical solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead the technical strategy and solution architecture for Payments and Enterprises opportunities.
Conduct technical discovery sessions to identify requirements and regulatory constraints.
Design scalable architectures including APIs, transaction flows, custody models, settlement processes.
Develop proofs-of-concept, implementation plans and validation frameworks.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to identify gaps and improve integrations.
Support post-sale implementations with Partnerships Management to align with design.
Represent Circle at industry events, workshops and client engagements.
Create and maintain an internal knowledge repository on products.
Support the Global Solutions Engineering team with internal projects.
