Job summary

Circle is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer II to support Payments and Enterprises across EMEA. You will lead technical solutioning throughout the customer lifecycle, designing scalable, enterprise-grade architectures and APIs to demonstrate value.

As a senior contributor, you will collaborate with Business Development, Product, Engineering, and Client Success teams, providing feedback to inform product strategy and roadmap prioritisation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect or Product Manager roles.
• Experience with Payments, FinTech, B2B SaaS or Web3 and blockchain infrastructure is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate complexity into simple solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical strategy and solution architecture for Payments/Enterprises.
• Run discovery sessions to capture requirements, regs, and integration constraints.
• Design scalable architectures including APIs, flows, custody and settlement.
• Build proofs-of-concept and validation plans for enterprise decisions.
• Work with Product/Engineering to close gaps and improve integrations.
• Support post-sale deployments with partnerships, aligning to design.
• Represent Circle at events and workshops; share knowledge internally.
• Maintain a knowledge base on current and upcoming products.
