VisionTrack is seeking a Solutions Engineer / Pre-Sales Engineer - Hardware in Tunbridge Wells (Hybrid). You will bridge Sales, Product and Engineering to design and deliver real-world hardware and software solutions for customers.

In this customer-facing role, you’ll translate complex technical capability into practical solutions, supporting PoCs, proposals and deployments in a fast-growing SaaS/IoT environment.

Formación

• Experience in a Solutions Engineer, Presales, Applications Engineer or similar role and exposure to the hardware side.
• Exposure to hardware from vehicle telematics or camera/video systems.
• Comfortable in a customer-facing, consultative environment.
• Strong communication skills - able to translate technical concepts clearly.
• Organised and detail-focused, with a structured approach to problem-solving.

Responsabilidades

• Supporting customer engagements by understanding technical and operational requirements.
• Helping design end-to-end solutions across hardware, platform, and integrations.
• Working closely with Sales to support demos, proposals, and technical discussions.
• Contributing to RFPs, tenders, and Proof of Concept (PoC) activities.
• Producing clear solution documentation (configurations, assumptions, risks).
• Collaborating with Product and Engineering to feed in customer requirements.
• Supporting onboarding and early-stage deployments.

What You’ll Be Doing
