The Opportunity
We're excited to be hiring for a Senior Solutions Consultant in Germany. In this role, you'll be primarily responsible for determining and driving the overall strategic, operational, and technical scope of a prospective and/or current customers’ business challenges and aligning to positive business outcomes/results. Part thought leader, part product expert/technologist, part sales, you will work closely with sales, customer success, professional services, and product teams to prescribe and recommend strategic solutions.
Responsibilities include:
Mastery of the PDLC Value and Mutual Success Planning: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive mutual success plans, ensuring alignment with customer objectives and business outcomes.
Accountability and Collaboration: Hold Sales Representatives accountable for executing strategy and vision while partnering closely with sales leadership on deal strategy, progression, prioritization, and resourcing.
Platform Expertise: Demonstrate mastery of our platform and utilize quantitative and qualitative methodologies to effectively communicate its value proposition to clients.
Proof of Concept Ownership: Manage the end-to-end Proof of Concept (POC) process, including the creation of mutual success plans with customers and connecting business outcomes to proof of value conversations.
Enablement and Empowerment: Multiply the impact of the Solutions Consulting team by enabling and empowering other SCs and AEs through sharing best practices, industry thought leadership, and sales methods.
Security Knowledge: Address objections and questions surrounding security knowledge confidently and effectively during the sales process.
Project Management: Manage multiple initiatives and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and effective resource allocation.
Team Development: Coach, develop, support, and empower Solutions Consultants to achieve their personal development goals and quota attainment.
Professional Development: Work towards and attain advanced industry designations to stay abreast of industry trends and best practices.
What we're looking for:
Extensive experience in solution consulting or a related field (solution engineering / pre-sales etc)
Proven track record of success in executing PDLC and Mutual Success Planning
Strong understanding of sales strategy, execution and accountability
Expertise in quantitative and qualitative methodologies
Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end POC processes and connect business outcomes to value conversations
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members
Industry certifications or designations are great, but not a must-have
