We’re the Enterprise Sales team within the Sales & Success Supergroup. Our mission is to empower organisations of all sizes to communicate visually, collaborate seamlessly, and design at scale. About the Role
As Canva’s Enterprise business accelerates, we're looking for a visionary leader to build and scale a world-class Solutions Consulting team. This isn’t a role for a player-coach - it’s for a builder, a connector, and an evangelist. You’ll shape how Canva shows up in the market, drive enterprise impact through design-led solutions, and lead a globally distributed team that helps customers see, feel, and believe the business value Canva delivers.
This is a unique opportunity to define what “exceptional” looks like for Solutions Consulting at Canva - and then scale it.
What you’ll do:
Build and scale a team of high-performing Solution Consultants across the globe (London, Sydney, Texas & San Francisco)
Create the vision and framework for Solution Consulting at Canva—org design, performance metrics, playbooks
Be an evangelist, both internally and externally—translating Canva’s creative platform into business value across functions, industries and use cases
Drive pre-sales impact, partnering with Sales & Success leaders to accelerate pipeline, improve win rates, and increase deal velocity
Lead from the front in customer engagements, guiding teams on how to run discovery, co-design solutions, and position Canva as a design and workflow powerhouse
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Enablement, and Customer Success to influence roadmap and go-to-market strategy
Scale enablement—develop repeatable demos, frameworks, and education content that drives consistency and confidence across teams
What we're looking for
A strategic leader with experience scaling pre-sales or solution consulting functions in a high-growth SaaS or design-forward company
A natural storyteller and evangelist who can translate product value into business outcomes across all customer personas—from creative teams to C-suites
A builder’s mindset—you’ve created performance metrics & goals for solution consulting teams before and know how to scale what works
A strong background in design, creative tooling, or workflow transformation, paired with commercial fluency and customer-centric thinking. You understand the the craft.
Experience leading globally distributed teams, creating clarity, alignment, and purpose across time zones
Strong collaborator who thrives in ambiguity and connects the dots across people, products, and opportunities
