What you’ll do

• Partner with Product Sales and Pre-Sales teams to validate requirements and assist with solutions.
• Manage and prioritize Professional Services opportunities.
• Collaborate with Practice Leads and Managers to determine the best approach based on prospect scope.
• Create value propositions and develop cost estimates for consulting efforts.
• Manage requests from Account Management and Direct teams.
• Maintain Professional Services records in our sales automation system.
• Develop and deliver high-impact Professional Services value propositions.
• Participate in strategic sales planning for prospective customers.
• Transfer knowledge to the delivery team.
• Assist in project planning and client budget mapping.

Qualifications and Skills needed:

• ERP implementation lifecycle experience, preferably in consulting.
• 3+ years of experience in systems applications consultancy.
• Experience working with sales teams in pre-sales or sales roles.
• Strong customer relationship skills and consulting expertise.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into solutions.
• Experience with cost estimation and SOW preparation is a plus.
• Full cycle CRM, ERP, and eCommerce implementation experience is a plus.
