Pega’s Client and Partner Success Enablement & Effectiveness team is a dynamic and growing group chartered to drive Pega’s performance to support Pega’s growth objectives.

Picture Yourself at Pega:

As the Solutions Consulting & Partner Ecosystem Enablement Senior Manager , you will work closely with senior leadership to drive and implement key business improvements to maximize our Solutions Consulting and Partner Ecosystem team performance.

Your role will include developing a deep understanding of Presales and Partner Ecosystem Effectiveness and working with cross-functional teams to drive the GTM transformational initiatives. You will work in a collaborative and cross-functional team environment daily.

What You'll Do at Pega:

You will empower our Partner Ecosystem and Solutions Consulting teams with the tools, training, and insights they need to thrive in a fast-paced, quickly evolving technical environment.

You will focus on building scalable enablement programs that enhance product fluency, technical storytelling, and customer engagement across the presales lifecycle and within our partner ecosystem.

You will work on highly complex programs and gain insight into the enablement challenges which are forefront on the minds of the senior leadership team.

Who You Are:

You are a highly energetic and driven professional with a proven track record of successfully formulating winning presales and partner ecosystem enablement strategies and driving presales and partner effectiveness and enablement programs.

What You've Accomplished:
  • Undergraduate degree, preferably in business or computer science.
  • Certified as a Pega System Architect.
  • 12+ years’ experience with increasing levels of responsibility
  • Strong organizational leadership experience, ideally 6+ years in direct leadership roles.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and build constructive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Excellent written, oral communications and coaching skills.
  • Ability to extract insights from data and use it to make informed recommendations that guide strategy.
  • Experienced in project management skills and driving change initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple, cross-functional projects at once.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead via influence and develop strong working relationships with Sales, SC Leadership, and individual contributors.
