What you’ll do

• Partner with Product Sales and Pre-Sales teams to validate requirements and assist with solutions
• Manage and prioritize Professional Services opportunities
• Collaborate with Practice Leads and Managers to determine best service approaches
• Create value propositions and develop cost estimates for consulting
• Manage requests from Account Management and Direct teams
• Maintain Professional Services Engagement Records
• Develop and deliver high-impact Professional Services Value Propositions
• Contribute to strategic sales approaches
• Transfer knowledge to delivery teams
• Assist in project planning and client budget mapping

Qualifications and Skills needed:

• ERP implementation lifecycle experience, ideally in consulting
• 3+ years in systems applications consultancy
• Experience working with sales teams
• Strong customer relationship and consulting skills
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to translate customer requirements into solutions
• Experience with SOW preparation is a plus
• Full cycle CRM, ERP, and eCommerce implementation experience is a plus
