Job summary

The AA is seeking a senior Solution Architect to own end-to-end architectures for major transformation programmes. You will design scalable, secure solutions around Microsoft Dynamics 365 and ensure seamless integration with enterprise data and systems.

In this hybrid role, you will collaborate with Business, Architecture, Product, Engineering and Delivery, guiding architecture governance and providing clear decisions for engineers and executives alike.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating as a Solution Architect within large, complex transformation programmes, owning solution direction from discovery through to delivery.
• Strong Dynamics 365 architecture experience, including integrating it with wider enterprise platforms, data.
• End-to-end solution design capability across applications, integration, data, security and nonfunctional requirements.
• Experience producing Solution Options Papers and High-Level Designs with guardrails for engineering teams.
• Experience navigating architecture governance in Agile or product-led delivery environments.
• Strong senior stakeholder leadership, with ability to present to SteerCo and exec level.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end solution architecture for large, complex transformation initiatives, from early discovery through governance, engineering handover and delivery.
• Architect solutions involving Microsoft Dynamics 365, ensuring effective integration with enterprise applications and data platforms.
• Translate business capabilities into architectures spanning applications, integration, data, security, resilience and nonfunctional requirements.
• Produce Solution Options Papers and High-Level Designs, assessing trade-offs and setting architectural direction.
• Lead solutions through architecture governance, including governance boards and Architecture Decision Records.
• Partner with Product, Engineering and Delivery teams to handover into detailed design and resolve architectural issues.
