Job summary

The AA is seeking a Solution Architect to lead architectural direction across major transformation programmes. You will own the end-to-end architecture, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 integration across our technology landscape.

You’ll collaborate with Business, Architecture, Product, Engineering and Delivery teams, providing clear decisions, guardrails and governance to enable delivery and secure outcomes at executive levels.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect in large, complex transformations (discovery to delivery).
• Strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 architecture experience and integration with enterprise platforms and data.
• End-to-end solution design across applications, data, security, resilience, and nonfunctional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end solution architecture for large transformation initiatives from discovery through delivery.
• Architect Dynamics 365 solutions, ensuring integration with enterprise systems and data platforms.
• Translate business capabilities into coherent architectures spanning apps, data, security and operations.
• Produce High-Level Designs and Architecture Options Papers with clear trade-offs and guardrails.
• Lead governance through architecture reviews and steering committees, guiding engineering teams.
