Job summary

The AA is seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to lead end-to-end architectural direction for major transformation programmes. You will design scalable, secure Dynamics 365-based solutions and ensure strong governance across enterprise platforms, with engagement across Product, Engineering and Delivery teams.

In this hybrid role, you will collaborate with senior stakeholders up to SteerCo level, translating complex business requirements into actionable architecture and guiding teams

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect within large transformation programmes.
• Strong Dynamics 365 architecture experience including integration with other platforms.
• Experience designing end-to-end architectures across applications, data, security and non-functional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end solution architecture for large transformation initiatives from discovery to delivery.
• Architect Dynamics 365 solutions with enterprise integrations and data platforms.
• Translate business capabilities into coherent architectures across applications, data, security and operations.
• Produce design papers and high-level designs with clear trade-offs and guardrails.
• Lead architecture governance and engage with SteerCo and executives as needed.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Delivery teams to ensure smooth handover to detailed design.
