Job summary

BGTS International in London seeks a Senior Solution Architect to lead architecture for major transformation initiatives, focusing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and its integrations across enterprise platforms. You will own solution direction from discovery through design and governance, partnering with business, product, engineering and third-party partners to deliver scalable, secure end-to-end solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Senior Solution Architect on large-scale transformation programmes.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise integration including legacy systems and data platforms.
• Experience producing High-Level Designs (HLDs) and Solution Options Papers.
• Familiarity with Architecture Governance, ADRs and non-functional requirements (NFRs).
• Experience working in Agile / product-led transformation environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management at senior levels (SteerCo).

Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture for large and complex transformation programmes.
• Own solution direction from discovery through design, governance and delivery.
• Translate business objectives and capabilities into practical technology solutions.
• Produce and present Solution Options Papers with risks, trade-offs and recommendations.
• Develop end-to-end architectures covering applications, integrations, data, security and resilience.
