BGTS LTD is seeking aSenior Solution Architect to lead architecture for major transformations centred on Microsoft Dynamics 365. You will own the solution from discovery to governance and handover, working with Product, Engineering and Delivery teams to define scalable, secure end-to-end solutions.

The role requires deep Dynamics 365 knowledge, enterprise integration experience and effective communication with Programme Directors and SteerCo level stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven Microsoft Dynamics 365 architecture experience.
• Experience producing High-Level Designs (HLDs).
• Experience with architecture governance and ADRs.
• Strong collaboration with business stakeholders, Product, Engineering and Delivery teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead solution architecture for large transformation programmes.
• Own solution direction from discovery through governance and delivery.
• Architect Dynamics 365 solutions and their integration with enterprise platforms.
• Design integrations across Dynamics 365, data platforms and legacy systems.
• Develop end-to-end architectures covering applications, data, security and resilience.
• Produce architecture options papers evaluating technology, delivery and operational considerations.
• Communicate options, risks and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Produce ADRs and support engineering handover.
• Guide delivery teams with architectural guidance throughout delivery.
• Operate within Agile and product-led environments.
