Job summary

The AA is seeking a Solution Architect to lead architecture direction across major transformation programmes, focusing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and its integration into our broader tech landscape. You will partner with Business, Architecture, Product, Engineering and Delivery teams to drive governance, options papers and high-level designs.

You will operate across Agile delivery, providing clear decisions and guardrails to enable scalable, secure solutions in a complex environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect in large transformation programmes.
• Strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 architecture experience, with integration to enterprise platforms.
• End-to-end solution design capability across applications, data, security and nonfunctional requirements.
• Experience producing Solution Options Papers and High-Level Designs with clear recommendations.
• Experience navigating architecture governance in Agile or product-led delivery environments.
• Strong senior stakeholder leadership and ability to communicate complex architecture to SteerCo/executives.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end solution architecture for large transformations, from discovery to delivery.
• Architect Dynamics 365 solutions and ensure integration with enterprise systems.
• Translate business capabilities into coherent architectures covering apps, data, security, and nonfunctional needs.
• Produce Architecture options papers and high-level designs, detailing trade-offs and guardrails.
• Lead architecture governance processes, reviews, and decision records.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Delivery teams to handover to detailed design.
