Job summary

The AA is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to lead architecture directions across large transformation initiatives. You will own solution architecture from discovery to delivery, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and enterprise integration.

You will work across Business, Architecture, Product, Engineering and Delivery to set guardrails and drive outcomes. You will produce High-Level Designs, guide governance, and partner with senior stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable,

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Solution Architect on large, complex transformations.
Strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 architecture experience and integration skills.
End-to-end design capability across applications, data and security.
Experience producing Solution Options Papers and High-Level Designs.
Ability to navigate architecture governance and work with Agile/product teams.
Senior stakeholder leadership with autonomous working style.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end solution architecture for large transformation initiatives from discovery to delivery.
Architect Dynamics 365 solutions with enterprise integration and data considerations.
Translate capabilities into coherent architectures spanning applications, data, security and operations.
Produce option papers and high-level designs, assess trade-offs and set direction.
Lead architecture governance through reviews and boards, guiding engineers.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Delivery to ensure smooth handoff and issue resolution.
