An ideal candidate is highly technical and comfortable dealing with enterprise customers. You will join a team of Solution Engineers focused on Mellanox Networking, DGX Platforms, Container Orchestrators, Deep Learning containers, and other Enterprise system software.

The Solution Engineers split their time equally between helping customers with complex problems and development work. The individual should have a solid understanding of datacenter and networking technologies to provide solutions for complex installations, maintenance, or operations involving leading-edge networking products.

Responsibilities include:

• Triage customer issues involving DGX clusters, network adapters, and DPUs, including InfiniBand and Ethernet technologies.
• Take ownership and drive critical customer issues to resolution.
• Collaborate with engineering to document, recreate, and resolve issues.
• Develop features and tools to support Enterprise Service offerings including InfiniBand, Ethernet, and GPU server technologies.
• Provide independent analysis, communication, and problem-solving to enhance customer experience.

Qualifications:

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years of system software development and troubleshooting experience, preferably with customer interaction.
• Experience developing with C/C++ in Linux userspace and/or embedded software.
• Strong familiarity with Linux OS (tools, utilities, kernel functionality).
• Good knowledge of networking protocols (ETH, IP-based, L2/3/4 protocols).
• Analytical, flexible, self-motivated, team-oriented, with excellent communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with InfiniBand, OFED, MOFED, RDMA, ROCE, GPU Technology.
• Knowledge of Clustering or HPC Data-Center technologies, including protocols like NCCL, MPI/UCX.
• Experience with server-related areas such as Virtualization, HW offloads, Network Acceleration libraries, Storage, Performance.
• Proficiency with shell scripting (Python/Bash).
