Responsibilities include:

  1. Partnering with account teams and channel partners to manage Fortune 500 customer accounts, understanding their profiles, challenges, and roadmaps.
  2. Engaging in customer discovery to identify needs and mapping Atlassian solutions accordingly.
  3. Identifying opportunities for cross-product expansion.
  4. Investigating client pain points and articulating the value of Atlassian software during pre-sales.
  5. Leading product demonstrations tailored to stakeholder needs, from individual demos to comprehensive portfolio presentations.
  6. Guiding technical discussions to secure customer buy-in.
  7. Building strong partnerships with account executives, discussing pipeline, opportunities, and feedback.
  8. Documenting product feedback and competitive intelligence for internal advocacy.
  9. Continuously updating knowledge of Atlassian products and sales processes.

Your background

We seek a dynamic individual with a proactive attitude, eager to learn and contribute to our growing organization.

Requirements:

  1. 5+ years of experience in enterprise pre-sales, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  2. Ability to interpret complex business problems and craft solutions collaboratively.
  3. Comfortable engaging with both business and technical audiences, including executives.
  4. A passion for learning, growth, and customer success.
  5. Customer-centric mindset with a proven track record in building executive relationships.
  6. Experience in government or highly regulated industries preferred.
  7. Fluent in English and French.
