Job summary

Gamma is hiring a senior Product Engineer to design, build, and maintain full-stack features using TypeScript, React, Node.js, and AWS. You will mentor teammates, promote engineering best practices, and contribute to architectural decisions to shape Gamma’s products.

You will work across the platform with Product and Engineering teams, delivering scalable, high-quality applications and ensuring reliable CI/CD-driven delivery in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience with TypeScript, React and Node.js.
• Proven experience building scalable front-end and back-end applications.
• Experience mentoring engineers and promoting engineering best practices.
• Strong testing experience with Jest and Playwright.
• Cloud experience with AWS (preferred), Azure, or GCP.
• Experience maintaining CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain full-stack features across our platform and applications.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to shape scalable, future-proof solutions.
• Develop APIs and third-party integrations using best practices.
• Drive engineering excellence through TDD, code reviews, pair programming, and automated testing.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and solution design.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and reliable software delivery.
• Mentor engineers and champion continuous improvement across the team.
