Job summary

Gamma is seeking a Technical Team Lead to lead a small development team, mentor engineers, and deliver high-quality projects aligned with our product strategy. The role combines technical leadership with hands-on engineering across systems, ensuring scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions that meet business needs.

You will design systems, write code, review others, and drive best practices in testing, CI/CD, and agile delivery, while actively supporting product discovery and accurate

Qualifications

• Evidence of leading small development teams to deliver projects.
• Ability to design scalable, secure systems with attention to non-functional requirements.
• Experience with modern tech stacks (Node.js/TypeScript, React/Angular).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management to influence technical decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor engineers to deliver projects aligned with product strategy.
• Design technical systems and software solutions with a focus on security, scalability, and performance.
• Write code and implement features across modern stacks; review code and enforce quality standards.
• Champion automated testing, CI/CD, and Agile practices; manage delivery in Jira.
