Job summary

Digital Waffle is seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to enhance existing products and build new features. You will own work from planning through deployment to QA, reporting to the Development Manager, and collaborating with design and QA teams. AI is embedded in our workflow to support planning, implementation and testing.

Location: Hybrid - 3 days per week in Solihull. Salary: £45,000-£55,000 per year.

Qualifications

• At least five years' commercial development experience with other developers.
• Hands-on experience with Laravel, React, PHP and MySQL.
• Strong coding and system design skills to understand and improve an existing codebase.
• A practical approach to debugging and problem-solving: investigating root causes, assessing options and verifying solutions.

• Designing and delivering module migrations, product improvements and new features.

• Reviewing code and AI-generated plans, identifying weaknesses and correcting implementations.
