Job summary

Infused Solutions Ltd in London is seeking a Senior React & Node Developer to join our hybrid team (3 days in the office). You will design and build AI-enabled, full-stack applications using React, Node.js/Express, Python and Azure, taking concepts from idea to MVPs and scalable products.

You will collaborate with Product, Design and AI specialists, mentor peers, review code and leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery while upholding secure API design and modern engineering

Qualifications

7+ years of commercial software engineering experience.
Strong commercial experience with React.
Backend development with Node.js, Express.js and Python.
Experience collaborating with UX/UI designers.
Understanding of software architecture and modern engineering practices.
Experience reviewing and mentoring developers across frontend and backend.
Experience using AI-assisted development tools to accelerate development.

Responsibilities

Design and build full-stack applications from concept to production.
Develop proofs of concepts, prototypes and MVPs for new AI-driven products.
Architect scalable, maintainable software solutions.
Build modern user interfaces using React with UX/UI collaboration.
Develop backend services and APIs with Node.js, Express.js and Python.

Build the Next Generation of AI-Powered Products

We're working with an innovative technology company that's building a suite of next-generation AI products from the ground up. This isn't a role focused on maintaining legacy systems. You'll be part of a small, highly experienced engineering team responsible for transforming ambitious ideas into production-ready software. Working closely with Product, Design and AI specialists, you'll take concepts from whiteboard sketches through to prototypes, proof of concepts, MVPs and ultimately scalable products.

About You

You'll be a highly capable full-stack engineer who enjoys working in fast-moving environments where experimentation and innovation are encouraged.

You'll ideally have:

7+ years' commercial software engineering experience.
Strong commercial experience with React.
Backend development experience using Node.js, Express.js and Python.
Experience collaborating with UX/UI designers to build intuitive digital products.
Strong understanding of software architecture and modern engineering practices.
Experience reviewing and mentoring developers across frontend and backend technologies.
Experience using AI-assisted development tools (such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor or similar) to accelerate development and improve code quality.
Commercial experience building Proof of Concepts, MVPs and greenfield applications.
Experience working with Microsoft Azure.
Experience with Docker and containerised applications.
Strong understanding of OAuth, authentication and secure API design.
Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
A proactive, product-focused mindset with a passion for solving complex problems.
