Pinnacle Group is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to oversee a multi-site soft FM contract delivering cleaning, bulk waste collection and grounds maintenance in the UK. You will drive high standards, manage budgets, and oversee recruitment, training and safety compliance across sites.

The role requires strong leadership of dispersed teams, stakeholder engagement and a focus on continuous improvement to ensure customer satisfaction and contract performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience of managing outsourced soft FM services (cleaning, grounds, waste).
• Strong financial control, reporting and risk assessment skills.
• Ability to lead dispersed on-site teams and drive service quality.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular audits, inspections and risk assessments to maintain high standards.
• Oversee recruitment, training and performance across multiple sites.
• Manage budgets and ensure contracts meet KPIs and safety plans.
• Liaise with residents, housing officers and local stakeholders to maintain service levels.
• Drive continuous improvement and manage contractor compliance.
