Asset Finance International is seeking an experienced SME External Sales professional to attract, negotiate and convert proposals into new business. You will support the external sales team, manage introducers and customers, and contribute to broader performance improvements.

The role involves building relationships with brokers, accountants, vendors and other referral sources, managing risk documentation, and maintaining CRM to ensure accurate, timely deal progression.

Responsabilités

• Support SME External sales: build and maintain new and existing relationships with introductory sources (financial brokers, accountants, vendors, client referrals, other lenders or direct)
• Support SME External sales to improve performance of the allocated portfolio of Introducer accounts in partnership with the External Sales team
• Complete risk templates for sanction of facilities, chase outstanding enquires and paperwork, maintain CRM
• Develop knowledge of the asset-based finance industry, Paragon products, competitors, introducers, risks, client sectors
• Provide and establish calculated contact strategies to ensure effective communications with customers
• Support the wider Internal Sales Team and drive change initiatives to boost business performance
• Ensure interactions and behaviours align with the group competency framework and Right First Time quality delivery
