Job summary

CBC Resourcing Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a banking group for a Business Development Associate in Southampton with hybrid working. The role involves proactively attracting, negotiating and converting customer proposals into new business within Asset Finance and supporting the SME external sales team.

You will build and manage relationships with introducers and customers, deliver efficient service, and support change initiatives to maximise business opportunities within the external

Responsibilities

• Support SME External sales; build and maintain relationships with introductory sources such as financial brokers, accountants, vendors, client referrals or other lenders.
• Support SME External sales to increase performance of the allocated portfolio of introducer accounts in partnership with the External Sales team.
• Complete risk templates for sanction of the facility, chase outstanding enquiries and paperwork on deals, maintain CRM system, attend sales team meetings.

Our client is a very successful and well established banking group operating through several different sectors.

Due to growth they are looking for a Business Development Executive within Asset Finance. Working with the SME external sales team, to proactively attract, negotiate and convert customer proposals into new business.

You will support the wider SME external sales team, develop and manage specific allocated introducers / prospects / customers.Deliver an accurate, consistent, efficient & knowledgeable service to our SME External Sales channel customers / External sales team.To support and drive change delivery initiatives to achieve improved business performance which maximises business opportunities.
