Job summary

CRS Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a Business Development Associate to strengthen its SME Sales team, focusing on Asset Finance, broker support and internal sales. This role offers exposure to the commercial and credit aspects of Asset Finance with great training and development opportunities.

You will build broker and introducer relationships, help convert opportunities, and work alongside experienced Business Development Managers to drive growth across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in Asset Finance, broker support or internal sales.
• Confident in dealing with brokers, introducers and internal stakeholders.
• Strong relationship-building skills and target-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support broker and introducer relationships to grow new business opportunities.
• Assist in converting opportunities through the sales process.

We're working with a well-established UK specialist lender that's looking to strengthen its SME Sales team with the appointment of a Business Development Associate.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in Asset Finance, broker support or internal sales who enjoys building relationships, getting deals over the line and wants to develop their career within the industry.

You'll be working closely with experienced Business Development Managers, supporting broker and introducer relationships, helping convert new business opportunities and gaining valuable exposure to the commercial and credit aspects of Asset Finance.
